Vessel Survivability Systems
FIXED AND INTEGRATED EMERGENCY FLOTATION SOLUTION FOR VESSELS

AUTOMATIC BUOYANCY FOR VESSEL SURVIVABILITY

Vessel Survivability Systems (VSS) are fixed and integrated emergency flotation systems developed to provide rapid buoyancy, stabilisation and recovery support for civilian, professional and military vessels. The systems activate automatically in critical situations, helping to maintain stability, prevent sinking and support recovery.

ALL-IN-ONE / FLIP-OVER: MODULAR BY DESIGN

ONE MODULAR PLATFORM, CONFIGURED FOR THE VESSEL

All-in-One and Flip-Over share a modular system architecture. Individual units can be selected, combined and positioned according to vessel size, available installation space and required flotation or self-righting capacity.

01
SELF-CONTAINED MODULES
Compact, self-contained units for flotation or self-righting.
02
SCALABLE CONFIGURATION
Multiple units can be combined to increase buoyancy and support stabilisation.
03
COMBINED VESSEL CONFIGURATION
All-in-One and Flip-Over can be integrated on the same vessel to provide both flotation and self-righting.
LARGE BOAT KIT

INTEGRATED FLOTATION FOR LARGER VESSELS

Large Boat Kit is a permanently installed emergency flotation system for professional maritime applications. Compact units house high-capacity flotation bags connected to a central inflation system, together providing more than 10,000 N of buoyancy.

STOWED CONFIGURATION
COMPLETE SYSTEM OVERVIEW
INTERNAL INSTALLATION - DEPLOYED
FIXED AND INTEGRATED BY DESIGN

ENGINEERED AS ONE SYSTEM

The flotation units and inflation components operate as one connected system, providing a coordinated response when activated.

INTERNAL INSTALLATION

Compact units are mounted along the hull and protected within the vessel structure.

COORDINATED DEPLOYMENT

The flotation bags inflate together to distribute buoyancy along the vessel.

EMERGENCY SUPPORT

Once deployed, the system supports stabilisation and helps keep the vessel afloat following flooding.
