Vessel Survivability Systems
Fixed and integrated emergency flotation solutions for vessels

AUTOMATIC BUOYANCY FOR VESSEL SURVIVABILITY

Vessel Survivability Systems are fixed and integrated emergency flotation systems developed to provide rapid buoyancy, stabilisation and recovery support for civilian, professional and military vessels. The systems activate automatically in critical situations, helping to maintain stability, prevent sinking and support recovery.

TRUSTED TECHNOLOGY RECOMMENDED BY THE NORWEGIAN SEA RESCUE SOCIETY AND USED BY BOATBUILDERS, VESSEL OWNERS AND PROFESSIONAL OPERATORS WORLDWIDE
TRUSTED ACROSS THE MARITIME INDUSTRY
AVAILABLE SOLUTIONS

THREE SYSTEMS

Three systems are available for different vessel layouts and recovery requirements. All-in-One uses self-contained flotation modules with integrated CO₂, installed inside the vessel. Flip-Over is an externally mounted self-righting system. Large Boat Kit distributes flotation units along the hull and connects them to a central inflation system for larger vessels.

ALL-IN-ONE

Self-contained flotation modules with integrated CO₂ for flexible internal installation.

ALL-IN-ONE / FLIP-OVER: MODULAR BY DESIGN

TWO SYSTEMS. ONE MODULAR PLATFORM.

All-in-One and Flip-Over are built on the same self-contained module architecture. All-in-One provides internal flotation, while Flip-Over uses an externally mounted All-in-One 500 unit for automatic self-righting. The systems can be installed independently or combined on the same vessel.

01
SELF-CONTAINED MODULES
Compact, self-contained units for flotation or self-righting.
02
SCALABLE CONFIGURATION
Multiple units can be combined to increase buoyancy and support stabilisation.
03
COMBINED VESSEL CONFIGURATION
All-in-One and Flip-Over can be integrated on the same vessel to provide both flotation and self-righting.

LARGE BOAT KIT

INTEGRATED FLOTATION FOR LARGER VESSELS

Large Boat Kit is a permanently installed emergency flotation system developed for larger vessels. Compact units installed along the hull house high-capacity flotation bags and connect to a central CO₂ inflation system. When activated, the bags deploy together to provide more than 10,000 N of buoyancy across the vessel.

FIXED AND INTEGRATED BY DESIGN

ENGINEERED AS ONE SYSTEM

The flotation units and inflation components operate as one connected system, enabling coordinated deployment when activated.

INTERNAL INSTALLATION

Compact units are mounted along the hull and protected within the vessel structure.

COORDINATED DEPLOYMENT

The flotation bags inflate together to distribute buoyancy along the vessel.

EMERGENCY SUPPORT

Once deployed, the system supports stabilisation and helps keep the vessel afloat following flooding.
